Refund Policy - the basics
At Kindred Resonance, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Because we reserve limited spaces and plan all meals, lodging, and services in advance, we have the following refund policy:

Purchases-
Tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellations-

Must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance.

You may receive a 50% refund of the total cost of the ticket price.

If it is less than 14 days before the retreat, no refund will be issued.

Tickets are transferrable. Please reach out via email to kindredresonancellc@gmail.com for questions regarding transfer.

In the unlikely event that Kindred Resonance LLC cancels a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. However, we are not responsible for travel or any other expense occurred.

By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the refund policy as stated above.
